The Skype Connection was created in 2010 to enhance the experience of sitting together in the light with those elsewhere in the world who wish to connect with the Light Omega group.
At the present time this connection lasts an hour and a quarter from the time of coming online to the time of ending the connection. During that time there is a fifteen-minute guided preparation offered by Julie which creates a sacred space of unity and light that makes the meditation easier to enter; the thirty minute meditation; and a fifteen minute closing which combines some sharing of experiences and some additional discussion by Julie.
Connecting through Skype offers a way of being together in a sacred and unified energy field that is more powerful and more sustaining than sitting alone. This energy field will enable your own spiritual anchoring to go to a deeper level, even as it brings light to the Earth for the benefit of all beings.
All are welcome to join us through Skype, abiding by the rule of respect and consideration for the others who are also taking part. Please note, even if you know nothing about Skype at present, you can take part. We will help you get set up.
