Supplementary Meditation and Updates

Principal meditation: Wednesdays - 30 minutes

     8:30-9PM (EST), 7:30-8PM (CST), 5:30-6PM (PST)

             1:30AM Thursday (GMT)

     Thursday, 2:30PM - NZ (GMT +13 hrs.)

Supplementary meditation: Thursdays, 30 minutes

     3:00-3:30PM (EST), 12 Noon-12:30PM (PST)

     20:00 (8PM) (GMT)

     Friday, 9:00AM - NZ (GMT +13 hrs.)

Please join the mailing list for updates and so that we can notify you of scheduling changes in the Fall when the U.S. changes from Daylight Savings to Standard Time.

NOTE:

The 'supplementary' meditation is not meant to replace the principal one. It is added so that those in geographical areas that would otherwise require getting up in the middle of the night can also particpate in this global effort.

If you are not in this geographical area but feel able to take part in this additional meditation, please join us, since it will strengthen the 'lines of light' being formed. But do not replace the principal meditation with this one.
